USE_DPMS=true HIBERNATE_MODE=shutdown and RADEON_LIGHT=true (commented out on my machine) I believe I have never touched this file, so that should be what is shipped. AFAIK, xorg.conf is not needed anymore for recent xorg. Can you try with an empty xorg.conf or move it out of the way?
