Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. This bug is something that can happen when upgrading to
a development release of Ubuntu or within a development release. As the
repositories are in constant churn it is possible that one package was
available but it's dependency was not yet. I imagine you were later
able to upgrade to Feisty - is that correct?
