I absolutely confirm this bug. I'm on a Acer Aspire 5685WLMI laptop, with Nvidia GeForce Go 7600, Ubuntu Gutsy and Compiz Fusion with Emerald decorator. Here's my screenshot.
As you can see, the behaviour is that the swicther window is sized to the first window-thumbnail only. PS: I'm often victim of the Emerald crashing bug too. Emerald sometimes crashes, when I Alt-Tab but maybe in other occasions too. Does anyone notice this application switcher bug _without_ Emerald?
