This Pre-Depends causes a mess on dapper->edgy upgrades:

dapper buildbot to edgy, but it fails with E: Couldn't configure pre-
depend python-gtk2 for gnome-app-install, probably a dependency cycle.
Presumably the Pre-Depends mattered because there's a dependency loop so
postinst ordering is random; I can't think of any other reason why a
Pre-Depends would matter to the postinst. However, since this massively
complicates upgrades, could we please find some other way?
