Hello @Seyeongkim and @mruffell,

I have uploaded a fresh set of debdiffs all the way up to tenacious.
I have backported an extra set of patches from my upstream MR to fix the DSA
issue.
Noble should apply fine now, the issue seems to have been some mangled
characters in the debdiff.
I am not sure about the autopkgtest failure as it seems like an OOM issue on
the VM side. The VMs have 4GB of RAM which might be problematic since some of
these tests like RAM.

The debdiffs are getting large so apologies if I missed something
obvious in any of the patches.

I have updated the description to also reflect a test plan that helps
confirm the DSA issue is resolved, which is needed for stonking and
tenacious especially since they are not affected by the original issue.

Also I am not sure if the DSA issue should be its own LP bug for
stonking and tenacious, if it is the case please let me know and I'll
open a new one and put these two debdiffs there.

Regards,
Ghadi
