Snapd build base was updated to resolute which meant bringing in dynamic linker and standard lib build for z15 as per: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-z-systems/+bug/2126577 On the snapd side, we will be discussion policy and how to communicate this in the future. Will report back when that conversation concluded.
