Public bug reported:

Razer Blade 15, i7-9750H, RTX 2060 Mobile (hybrid graphics), NVIDIA 595.99.02
proprietary.
Kubuntu, Upgraded from 24.04 (noble) to 26.04 (resolute) on 2026-10-19. Kernel
6.8.0-147 slept and woke normally before the upgrade, as far as I can remember.
IIRC The same ACPI \_WAK error lines (or at least something similar) were
occasionally visible briefly on wake even then.

On 7.0.0-38 and 7.0.0-42 with mem_sleep=deep (S3): after resume the display
sometimes comes back for a short time, sometimes gets stuck showing errors and
sometimes on just a black screen; then the system often re-suspends ~10 s after
waking, getting stuck in a loop until a hard power-off. Also happened in an X11
session.
Log signature on resume: ACPI \_WAK errors (VRTC/SystemCMOS has no handler),
"xhci_hcd 0000:01:00.2: xHC error in resume", and
"kwin: Failed to open /dev/dri/renderD128 (No such device)".

Kernel 6.8 with the same NVIDIA driver: S3 works, same ACPI/xhci messages
appear but resume succeeds with no loop.
mem_sleep_default=s2idle on 7.0 as of now seems to work as a workaround.

Notes:
- Dual Boot with Windows 10 (Fast Startup disabled)
- CMOS battery is dead, so clock may have reset after a power loss but I think
the times in the logs should be consistent
