There has been some conversations with @ahasenack, which I'll resume here.
- The github upstream repo has the `libnvidia-container` submodule in
third_party/
- The github upstream tarball does NOT include the submodule by default.
- Hence, uscan will not pull the submodule, which is fine, also uscan has an
option to actually include it we are not using this option here.
- However, for an unknown reason, the 1.19.0 upload contains the submodule. The
1.19.1 upload, in stonking does not although the uscan configuration is
identical.
- Hence we decided to fix the 1.19.0 SRU.

The previous upload, `1.19.0+dfsg-0ubuntu1~26.04.1`, hence becomes
`1.19.0+dfsg1-0ubuntu1~26.04.1` because the tarball is different. That
bump would not be fine if 1.19.0 was still in stonking, because resolute
would be higher than stonking. However, since 1.19.1 was released in the
meantime, we are fine.

I uploaded the package again:
https://launchpad.net/~antoinelassagne/+archive/ubuntu/sru-nvidia-container-toolkit

If you look at the diff:
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/882275910/nvidia-container-
toolkit_1.19.0+dfsg-0ubuntu1~26.04.1~ppa1_1.19.0+dfsg1-0ubuntu1~26.04.1~ppa1.diff.gz

It only contains
- a new line in the changelog entry, as well as the dfsg1 change
- +dfsg1 in the repack section of the watch file
- files in third_party/libnvidia-container removed

@seb128 could you please sponsor the package again?
