This bug was fixed in the package wine - 11.0~repack-0ubuntu1

---------------
wine (11.0~repack-0ubuntu1) tenacious; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release 11.0~repack (LP: #2172059)
  * Refresh patchset
  * d/control.in: Update unicode-data, unicode-idna, and unicode-cldr-core
    Build-Depends to match Unicode 17.0.0 and CLDR 48 used by this release.
  * d/tzdata: Replace tzdata2024a with tzdata2025a, as required by
    tools/make_unicode (fixes FTBFS: "Open failed" during configure).
  * d/khronos/egl.xml: Bundle the EGL registry (not shipped by khronos-api)
    and use it in generate/opengl.patch, as required by make_opengl.
  * d/copyright: Fix Files-Excluded typo ("dlls/riched20 ocr_reverse.cur"
    excluded the whole dlls/riched20 directory from the orig tarball, causing
    FTBFS: "open : No such file or directory" in tools/makedep). Repack the
    orig tarball.
  * d/patches/warnings/discarded-qualifiers.patch: Fix
    tools/winegcc/winegcc.c and two more spots in dlls/ntdll/unix/env.c
    (strchr()/strrchr() return const char * with glibc 2.43).
  * d/patches/fixes/vulkan-funcpointer-xml.patch: Rebuild the funcpointer
    typedefs from the new <proto>/<param> vk.xml markup (the generated
    include/wine/vulkan.h contained malformed typedefs, fixing FTBFS).
  * d/patches/arm/rtti-balign.patch: Don't emit .balign in the RTTI/exception
    type asm on aarch64; clang 22 fails with "Failed to evaluate function
    length in SEH unwind info" when such a function has a frame pointer.
  * d/rules: The wine manpage moved from loader/ to tools/wine/ in 11.0.
  * d/patches/arm/incbin.patch: Pported to 11.0 by emitting the resource
    data inline.
  * d/patches/debianization/install-paths.patch: Don't append "wine" to
    the libdir when tools/wine/wine looks for ntdll.so (replaces the old
    loader/main.c hunk); without it the installed wine could not start.
  * Package the files that 11.0 installs in new locations.
