Verification done for linux 7.0.0-43.43 in resolute-proposed.

Tested on Ubuntu 26.04 Resolute (amd64), AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 / Radeon
8060S (Strix Halo, gfx1151).

The official Ubuntu amdgpu module from linux-modules-7.0.0-43-generic
was used, without the previously patched local module.

Test results:

- ROCm initialization and PyTorch GEMM smoke tests passed (3/3).
- The original KFD lifecycle test harnesses were executed for 195 scheduled
iterations.
- The original KFD procfs/sysfs -EEXIST error path was observed 10 times during
rocprofv3 + amd-smi wrapper tests.
- All 10 affected processes exited without triggering the previously reported
kernel Oops.
- No stale KFD procfs entries remained after testing.
- No kernel Oops, BUG, general protection fault, panic, or GPU reset was
observed.

One pre-existing WARNING in restore_process_queues_cpsch was observed
during a large-allocation test. The same WARNING was previously observed
with the locally patched 7.0.0-31 kernel under the same workload.

Testing was performed on one affected machine during a single boot, for
approximately 54 minutes.

The original -EEXIST failure path was successfully exercised without
reproducing the previously reported kernel crash.

I consider LP #2168705 verified with linux 7.0.0-43.43.

Verification result: PASS.
