what is the output of the following running from a terminal

    budgie-welcome

    snap info ubuntu-budgie-welcome

For me I am seeing:

```
  The ubuntu-budgie-welcome application was designed to greet a new user at the
  first run after installing Ubuntu Budgie. This app will show you around
  the official Ubuntu flavour, make a few recommendations, showcase some
  of the available budgie applets (to personalize your desktop), and ease the
  installation effort around a few common applications.
commands:
  - ubuntu-budgie-welcome.budgie-applets
  - ubuntu-budgie-welcome.budgie-discourse
budgie-welcome runs ok for me - I see this in the terminal - i.e. its a warning
not an error
