I can reproduce the Dolphin crash on Kubuntu 26.04 LTS. Installed versions:
Dolphin: 25.12.3 (4:25.12.3-0ubuntu1) KIO: 6.24.0 (6.24.0-0ubuntu1) libkf6kiogui6: 6.24.0 (6.24.0-0ubuntu1) Observed behavior: Dolphin crashes with SIGSEGV when right-clicking either files or directories. Disabling the Information/Preview side panel prevents the crash in my testing. Backtrace: The crash occurs in KJob::kill(KJob::Quietly) from libKF6KIOGui.so.6, while QMenu::exec() is displaying the context menu. The stack trace includes DolphinView::requestContextMenu(). This appears to match the reported FilePreviewJob timeout/subjob lifetime issue. I checked for available updates using apt list --upgradable, filtering for Dolphin, KIO, and KDE Frameworks, but no matching updates were listed.
