Public bug reported: Installing the cargo package installs both `/usr/bin/cargo` and `/usr/bin/cargo-1.93`. Cargo supports external subcommands by making an executable `cargo-*` command available in PATH. `cargo-1.93` looks like a Cargo subcommand, but is not.
This means that running `cargo 1.93` executes `cargo-1.93 1.93` executes `cargo-1.93 1.93` executes ... We probably shouldn't put the versioned toolchain binaries in `/usr/bin` at all, but only in `/usr/lib/rust-*/bin/`.
