I have the same problem this bug report describes. When I try starting nautilus, it displays then seems to crash, then reappears, then recrash, and so until I guess the maximum try count is reached.
When starting in the command line, here's what I see : [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ nautilus ** (nautilus:7605): WARNING **: Unable to add monitor: Not supported Erreur de segmentation (core dumped) I'm attaching a valgrind output as described on this page: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Valgrind. Note that I've got the impression that valgrind stopped tracking output after first automatic crash/restart of nautilus. Let me know if you need additional information. ** Attachment added: "valgring output of nautilus crash" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/11570911/valgrind.log.tar.gz -- nautilus starts at boot then crashes 10 times https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/185728 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
