Public bug reported:

Issue is present on Ubuntu 26.10. Not on 26.04.
Issue is present on stock Kernel, on custom 7.3 kernel, and on custome 7.2.11
kernel (this last don't show the issue when used on 26.04).

Computer is Lenovo Thinkpad p14s Gen 5 AMD with AMD Ryzen 8840HS CPU. No
dGPU.

When connecting EVDI screen (Targus DOCK177EUZ) with 6.4 drivers and
evdi 1.15.1 or 1.15.0, DisplayLink screens are detected (on dmesg and in
display settings) BUT stays black.

Screens works when directly connected to laptop with HDMI. They worked
on Ubuntu 26.04.

When adding amdgpu to blacklist and rebooting (in any kernels) the
DisplayLinks screens are working prefectly. When reenabling amdgpu
(removing it from blacklist), and the restarting gdm, gdm seems to work
(still connected to non amdgpu driver ?) but when logging, the issue is
presend (black screen on DisplayLink, but OK on laptop !)
