Public bug reported:
This issue exists across 22.04, 24.04, and 26.04. After I lock the
screen, the monitor wakes up and then immediately turns off,
periodically showing "Entering Power Saving Mode".
This is my manual log of the screen-on intervals. They aren't fixed, with the
screen lighting up roughly every 32 to 45 seconds.
```
07 +00:32.50 03:50.15
06 +00:37.35 03:17.65
05 +00:45.18 02:40.30
04 +00:37.15 01:55.12
03 +00:37.95 01:17.97
02 +00:33.98 00:40.02
01 +00:06.04 00:06.04 # First time seeing "Entering Power Saving Mode"
right after screen lock.
```
Right now, I have to turn off the monitor manually, which is highly
inconvenient. Is there a temporary command I can use to temporarily
inhibit the screen from turning on? I could execute it after listening
for the lock signal via dbus-monitor --session
"type='signal',interface='org.gnome.ScreenSaver'".
