wine blocks the ffmpeg 8 -> 9 transition in tenacious and can't be
rebuilt there, so it is likely to be removed (LP: #2172059). This
package needs fixing or removing along with it.
pq 6.2-0ubuntu5 (multiverse, Ubuntu-only, not in Debian) depends on
wine.
Suggested: remove with wine.
