Public bug reported:
wine blocks the ffmpeg 8 -> 9 transition in tenacious and can't be
rebuilt there, so it is likely to be removed (LP: #2172059). This
package needs fixing or removing along with it.
ntldd 0.2-3 depends on wine | wine-development.
Debian: not in testing. 0.2-3 has been blocked in unstable for 1377 days
by #1134479 "ntldd is non-functional on ARM64".
Suggested: remove with wine.
