I saw that bug [bug 1971434](https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1971434)
was already fixed in Ubuntu 25.04, but I installed 26.04.1 today and my
problem is still there. Bug bug 1971434 means the screen won't turn off,
but for me, the monitor turns on, flashes for just 1ms, immediately
shuts down, and keeps looping like this. The screen keeps showing
"Entering Power Saving Mode".
