Tested Michael's Resolute and Stonking kernels on HPE DL525 Gen13 with an AMD Venice SP7 CPU. Kdump fails on 26.04 GA (7.0.0-30) and works on both test kernels.
For Noble, 6.8.0-64.67 introduced the patch causing the kdump bug.
