Setting this as opinion for noble as there is no better way to describe
this. The change requesting was part of the 2026.10.12 cycle via
"upstream stable patchset 2026-10-07". That is in proposed right now and
the references cannot be updated to close this bug. Unfortunately there
is a chance we have to skip updates for noble but it will be kept in the
tree and will be released as soon as possible.
