On a ThinkPad X13 Gen1 AMD (20UGS2AA00, BIOS 1.54), waking from s2idle
takes about 10 seconds. dmesg with pm_print_times shows all PCI devices
stalling together in the noirq phase:
PM: noirq resume of devices complete after 9726.695 msecs
Booting with iommu=pt fixes it:
PM: noirq resume of devices complete after 36.669 msecs
This looks like the Lenovo NVMe SMI firmware bug that
drivers/platform/x86/amd/pmc/pmc-quirks.c already works around for the
T14s Gen1 AMD (20UH/20UJ). The X13 Gen1 AMD shares that platform and
BIOS ("ThinkPad X13/T14s Gen 1 AMD System Firmware") but its machine
types 20UF/20UG aren’t in fwbug_list. Suggest adding them with the same
quirk as the T14s Gen1.

Expected: Resume from suspend in 1–2 seconds.
Actual: Resume takes ~10 seconds (stall in the noirq phase, as shown
above). With iommu=pt on the kernel command line, resume is near-
instant.
