This is not a bug with Ubuntu or the kernel. You have an external kernel
module (8812au) installed that is not compatible with recent changes in
the 6.8 kernel. You also have the rtl8812au module installed, so you
probably don't need 8812au.
You can remove it with:
sudo dkms remove 8812au/5.6.4.2_35491.20191025 --all
sudo dpkg --configure -a
