Device or resource busy', on a LUKS + LVM root.Matches upstream systemd issue #40154: since v259, systemd no longer has a linker dependency on libmount (it dlopen's it), so the final RAM disk no longer pulls in libmount.so and systemd-shutdown can't enumerate mounts/swap.
