information required for us to help you. Please attach the following as
individual separate attachments to your bug report, taken after
encountering the bug.

    * Output of 'uname -a'
    * Output of 'sudo lspci -vvnn'
    * Output of 'sudo dmidecode'
    * Try to hibernate/suspend and then restart the system and attach 
/var/log/kern.log.0
    * Tarball of /proc/acpi directory

Have you tried shutting down from the command line with either the
`shutdown` command or using `sudo init 0`. If so, please provide the
logs after shutting down and rebooting as well.
