apport-collect completed on 7.0.0-38-generic. Browser did not open (i3); logs uploaded anyway. HDMI desync on 38 cleared after a full Sony power- off and HDMI unplug, and stayed in sync after that. 7.0.0-31 also needed that unplug once the link was stuck.
