I am not getting such denials logs or broken windows on Stonking with AppArmor 6.0.0~alpha1-0ubuntu3 and loupe 50.0-0ubuntu2, after using the command that you showed to launch Loupe and then using the "Open Files..." button to select an image. Could you please show more details on how to reproduce this issue?
