ycmd (0+20240823+git8b61f19+ds-7ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* Merge from Debian unstable (0+20240823+git8b61f19+ds-7), which drops the
gccgo-go autopkgtest variant (removed by golang-defaults 2:1.26~2) and adds
newer python3-jedi and clangd-23 test support. (LP: #2168835)
* Remaining Ubuntu delta:
- d/control: set Ubuntu maintainer.
- d/p/93-support-llvm-22-in-tests.patch: keep LLVM 22 libclang type
spelling acceptance for stonking's LLVM 22 (renumbered from 92; the
clangd hover-format part is now covered by Debian's clangd-23 changes).

- d/p/94-use-sigkill-in-clangd-stop-test.patch: keep test de-flaking.
* Dropped d/p/93-support-jedi-0.20-in-tests.patch, superseded by Debian's
newer python3-jedi test support. (LP: #2167958)
