* Make source tarball repack visible, add +ds. (LP: #2165173):
- d/watch: merge with unstable, remove d/repack usage.
* Refresh and update excluded files (LP: #2165179):
- d/clean: moved to d/source/options.

- d/source/options: entire file from unstable.
