mariadb (1:11.8.9+ds-4ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium

  * Allow mariadb-server and its dependencies to be co-installed with
    mysql-server and its dependencies (LP: #2167479).
    - Move MariaDB's config directory from /etc/mysql to /etc/mariadb.
    - Remove /etc/mysql/my.cnf alternatives usage and drop mysql-common
      dependency.
    - Move remaining compatibility binaries to mariadb compat packages.
    - Remove conflicts against compatible mysql versions.
    - Rename conflicting mariadb binaries.
    - Move test plugins to a mariadb-specific path.
    - Add port backoff if 3306 is already in use.
