Public bug reported:

c-blosc2 2.23.1+ds-2 in stonking-proposed is blocked by a missing build
on armhf: "missing build on armhf: libblosc2-7, libblosc2-dev (from
2.23.1+ds-1)".

This is an intentional packaging change in Debian, not a build failure.
The armhf build is in Dependency wait on "architecture-is-64-bit":

  c-blosc2 (2.23.1+ds-2) unstable
    * debian/control:
      - Add dependency on architecture-is-64-bit and
        architecture-is-little-endian in preparation to c-blosc2 v3.x.

Debian unstable already ships libblosc2-7, python3-tables-lib, libzmat1,
libzmat-dev and octave-zmat only on amd64, arm64, loong64, ppc64el and
riscv64.

Please remove the following armhf binaries from stonking:

src:c-blosc2 2.23.1+ds-1:
  - libblosc2-7, libblosc2-dev

Reverse dependencies on armhf that need to go too:
src:pytables 3.11.1-3:
  - python3-tables-lib (Depends on libblosc2-7)
src:zmat 1.0.0+ds-1:
  - libzmat1, libzmat-dev, octave-zmat

Knock-on effects on armhf (checked with reverse-depends -a armhf):
- python3-sfepy 2026.1-1 (arch-specific, src:sfepy) hard-depends on
python3-tables and would become uninstallable on armhf. It will likely need to
be removed on armhf too (only python-sfepy-doc, arch:all, depends on it).
Debian still builds python3-sfepy on armhf, so it may come back on the next
sync. A long-term fix in sfepy (e.g. restricting the architecture) may be
needed.
- These arch:all packages hard-depend on python3-tables or octave-zmat and
would become uninstallable on armhf, which is expected to be acceptable:
python3-deepdish, vitables, octave-brain2mesh, octave-iso2mesh, octave-jsonlab,
brain2mesh-demos.
- Recommends only, so not affected: python3-pandas, python3-dipy, python3-neo,
python3-satpy, science-numericalcomputation.

Build-dependencies on libblosc2-dev on armhf (adios2, pytables, zmat,
rust-blosc2-sys) will no longer be satisfiable there. Future armhf
builds of pytables and zmat will end up in Dependency wait; adios2 and
rust-blosc2-sys should be checked when they are next uploaded.
