SRU Justification
[Impact]
* linux-azure-nvidia has not seen an archive release since 6.14 due to
issues with adoption of a released kernel. We do have Ubuntu images
containing the linux-azure-nvidia kernel, which is now an EOL kernel.
Introduce a transitional package to update users to a supported 7.0
kernel.
[Fix]
* Add linux-azure-nvidia as transitional package on n:linux-azure-7.0
kernel
[Test Plan]
* Tested upgrade path from personal PPA build
[Regression potential]
* No kernel source tree code is modified. Unexpected support in a 7.0
kernel could be encountered, however, 6.14 is quite old and vulnerable
to a host of security issues.
