Public bug reported:

sysbench 1.0.20+ds-9 in stonking-proposed is blocked by missing builds
on ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x. Its builds there are in Dependency wait
and will not resolve.

This is intentional in Debian:
- 1.0.20+ds-8: "set architecture restrictions to disable build on powerpc,
ppc64 (libck broken on both), riscv64, and s390x (luajit too buggy)." (Debian
#1106676, #1125475)
- 1.0.20+ds-9: "add ppc64el to the list of restricted archs", using a
build-dependency on "unsupported-architecture".

Debian unstable/testing ship sysbench only on amd64, arm64, armhf, i386
and loong64.

Stale binaries to remove:
- ppc64el: sysbench 1.0.20+ds-8 (stonking-proposed) and 1.0.20+ds-7build2
(stonking)
- riscv64: sysbench 1.0.20+ds-7build2 (stonking)
- s390x: sysbench 1.0.20+ds-7build2 (stonking)

Reverse dependencies on those architectures:
- hardinfo2: Recommends only, not affected.
- ironic-python-agent (arch:all) has Depends: sysbench and will become
uninstallable on ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x. This is expected to be acceptable,
since it is checked on amd64 and is used on bare-metal x86/arm64 hosts. If it
becomes a problem, ironic-python-agent could restrict or relax that dependency;
Debian's 13.0.0-2 has the same hard dependency.
