The Technical Board makes policy decisions, and does not force Ubuntu
developers to implement particular changes. This bug report, being a
request for new functionality which is not currently available in Ubuntu (or
Debian), is correctly classified as a "wishlist" item.

Any Ubuntu core developer interested in volunteering to fulfil your request
has the authority and privileges to do so.
