Public bug reported:

[Impact]
HP systems with TI TAS2783 SoundWire speaker amplifiers (subsystem ID 8F6D)
have no sound from the built-in speakers on Ubuntu 26.04 (resolute).

The tas2783 driver needs a tuning/calibration binary for each amplifier.
These are the ti/audio/tas2783/8F6D-0-0x*.bin files. linux-firmware in
resolute does not ship them, so the amplifier does not initialize.

Affected: HP ZBook Ultra 16-inch workstation.

[Fix]
Cherry-pick the upstream linux-firmware commit that adds the TAS2783A firmware
files and their WHENCE entries:

2f90f4fe5c67 ASoC: tas2783: Add Firmware files for tas2783A projects

Upstream linux-firmware in 20260519. Mailing list:
https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/[email protected]/

The commit adds 8F6D-0-0x9, 0xA, 0xC and 0xD .bin files. It also adds
files for other TAS2783A projects and reworks the tas2783 section of
WHENCE.

[Test Plan]
Install the updated linux-firmware on an affected HP system. The kernel must
have the tas2783 driver patches. Then:

$ ls /lib/firmware/ti/audio/tas2783/8F6D-0-0x.bin
$ sudo reboot
$ dmesg | grep -i tas2783
$ speaker-test -c 2 -t wav

Without patch: the 8F6D-0-0x*.bin files are missing. dmesg shows a firmware
load failure for tas2783. No sound from the built-in speakers.
With patch: the files exist, dmesg shows no firmware load error, and sound
plays from the built-in speakers.

[Where problems could occur]
This could break firmware loading for other tas2783 systems. The commit also
changes WHENCE entries (some Link: lines are removed and rewritten).If a link
is wrong, tas2783 would fail to find its file on those systems. Audio would be
silent and dmesg would show a firmware load error.

The package build checks WHENCE. A bad WHENCE entry could fail the
linux-firmware build or leave files out of the package.

The change adds binary files only, so no other firmware is touched.
