Public bug reported:
The net kselftest build fails to compile
tools/testing/selftests/net/tls.c with "too many arguments to function
tls_crypto_info_init". The tree carries later commits (selftests: tls:
add rekey tests, and the CVE-2026-74611 fix tls: rx: restore msg_iter
before TLS 1.3 optimistic retry) that call tls_crypto_info_init() with 4
arguments, but is missing the two upstream commits that introduced that
signature and its prerequisite test context. This failure is confined to
kselftest only, not the kernel build.
Fix upstream commits:
81bc949f640f — selftests: tls: add a selftest for wrapping rec_seq
b2e584aa3c71 — selftests: tls: add key_generation argument to
tls_crypto_info_init
