Public bug reported:

Due to the openssh gssapi split[1] in stonking, the gssapi/kerberos
algorithms are only available in the bin:openssh-{client,server}-gssapi
binary packages, not in bin:openssh-{client,server}.

This causes an FTBFS due to the build-time tests, and also autopkgtest
failures, both in general complaining about unknown gssapi options,
like:

297s /tmp/tmpisgirqj4: line 3: Bad configuration option:
GSSAPIKexAlgorithms

The fix is to have the tests depend on the gssapi variants, and also
build-depend on those.
