Public bug reported:

On MediaTek MT8901 ACPI laptops, enabling the SBSA generic watchdog can
cause intermittent resets around S3 and s2idle suspend/resume.

Expected behavior:
The system suspends and resumes without a watchdog reset, and watchdog
protection resumes with the configured timeout.

Reported cause:
The MediaTek implementation continues comparing against the last reload after
WCS.EN is cleared. Watchdog offset register (WOR) writes update the countdown
only while enabled, and the two register halves commit on a slow clock. A short
watchdog deadline can therefore persist across the sleep transition.

Proposed fix:
Park the watchdog with the maximum 48-bit offset during the sleep transition,
then restore the configured timeout on restart. Version 0 watchdogs retain the
architectural disable behavior.
