In the attached keepalived journal excerpt, I do not see any relevant message
on the connection failure with snmpd.
When you said the "the connection from keepalived to snmpd didn't work",
what does it mean ? Since keepalived is a subagent and connect to the
master snmpd daemon via local unix socket.
Can you still see keepalived trying to ping snmpd daemon ?
