Public bug reported:

Release: stonking

Please remove the following stale arm64 binary packages built by
src:magma-rocm (2.9.0+ds-3ubuntu1) from stonking. magma-rocm is part of
the rocm package set and is covered by the ROCm 7.14 FFe. Its arm64
binaries link the ROCm stack (libamdhip64-7, libhipblas3, libhipsparse4)
on arm64, which no longer exists from 7.14: Ubuntu now builds ROCm
against AMD's LLVM fork (amd64-only). Left in place they become
uninstallable as the stack's arm64 binaries are removed.
See FFe: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rocm/+bug/2164631

Binary packages to remove (this request is architecture-specific):
  arm64:
    - libmagma-rocm-dev
    - libmagma-rocm-test
    - libmagma-sparse2-rocm
    - libmagma2-rocm

Architecture: all binaries (libmagma-rocm-doc) are NOT part of this
arch-specific request and are retained.

arm64 is the only affected architecture: src:magma-rocm has no ppc64el,
s390x, riscv64, armhf or i386 binaries in stonking (verified via
rmadison).

All reverse-dependencies shown below are binaries of src:magma-rocm
itself, so the four packages are self-contained and can be removed
together. There are no reverse-build-dependencies at all.

BLOCKING external (out-of-set) reverse-dependencies — remove only AFTER
these consumers drop their ROCm backend on the affected arch(es):
  arm64:
    - none
