I'm reaching out to determine if this is expected or not. It appears on 9/2/26, openjdk-11-* packages were published to the https://esm.ubuntu.com/fips-updates/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openjdk-lts/ repository. Is this intended? It's creating an issue where some of our machines want to perpetually "downgrade" the package as it exists in both "https://esm.ubuntu.com/fips-updates/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openjdk-lts/"; and "https://esm.ubuntu.com/apps/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openjdk-lts/"; It appears only packages for openjdk11 against Ubuntu 20.04 were published.
