* d/control: Added perl-xs-dev build-dep since this package builds
a Perl extension module. It is a virtual package that ensures
the functionality for building Perl extension modules is available
* d/control: Added rpcsvc-proto build-dep since rpcgen will no longer
be a part of glibc 2.31 and instead split into the rpcsvc-proto package
* d/control: Added missing libcrypt-dev build-dep since glibc
deprecated its internal <crypt.h> implementation
* d/p/80-fix-openssl4-ftbfs.patch: Fix FTBFS with OpenSSL 4.0 by replacing
ASN1_STRING_data function with ASN1_STRING_get0_data (LP: #2163689)
