[MIR] tracking bug for golang-1.27. Per the additional notes on the MIR process
(https://ubuntu.com/project/docs/MIR/mir-roles-and-steps/#additional-notes):
"if a new source package contains only code which is already in main (e.g. a
source package split or rename, or source packages with a version in the
name),
it may not need a full review. In such cases, submitting an MIR bug with an
explanation (without the full template) ... is sufficient."
golang-1.27 is a versioned Go toolchain package whose predecessors have been in
main throughout their default period, and it is being promoted to main as part
of the Go 1.27 transition (the default compiler is switching from 1.26 to 1.27).
* Security update history: none; upstream Go security releases land as new
source versions via the existing stable-release-update process, no change
from previous toolchain versions.
* Precedent / related tracking: LP: #2074767 ([MIR] golang-1.25), handled the
same way for the previous default transition.
* Transition context: LP: #2164597 (Go 1.27 transition tracker);
golang-defaults 2:1.27~0ubuntu1 (MP 509678) is in stonking-proposed and is
blocked on this promotion ("golang/amd64 in main cannot depend on
golang-1.27 in universe").
* Requested: promote golang-1.27, golang-1.27-go, golang-1.27-src,
golang-1.27-doc to main so the transition completes; the seeds keep it in
main once golang-defaults 1.27 migrates (which also stops the
component-mismatches machinery from re-demoting it).
