This happens because mdit-py-plugins is itself stuck in proposed. The
new GFM plugins need markdown-it-py >= 4.1.0, but mdit-py-plugins is
trying to build with 3.0.0. Updating the build-depends for mdit-py-
plugins to specify markdown-it-py >= 4.1.0 should allow mdit-py-plugins
to build properly, which should fix the failure chain.
