Public bug reported:

## OPTIONS ##

* remove from stonking (this was done in noble and jammy before, thought it is
in resolute) and hope Debian uploads a newer version that fixes the issue
(version in Debian unstable is also not built with latest Perl, so they'll need
an upload anyway)
* move ahead of Debian and pull a new version from CPAN and see if it works.

amd64.libdbd-mariadb-perl_1.22-1ubuntu2_BUILDING.txt.gz

There are 2 upstream minor version releases available:

https://metacpan.org/release/PALI/DBD-MariaDB-1.24/source/Changes

reviewing changes I don't see any specific changes related to this
error. This package has previously been removed in jammy and noble.
riscv64 builds _because it does not execute any tests_. It would be
unwise to leave riscv64 published if all the other arches are failing in
this case (because it likely has the same underlying issue, just
untested).

** Affects: libdbd-mariadb-perl (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
