IMPORTANT! Please note that I have to always boot my Ubuntu24.04 with
kernel 6.17 and it is the newest kernel I have that works

7.0.0-28 and 7.0.0-30 arrived as part of a routine "apt upgrade" and
became the default boot entry. I have not tested any 7.0.0-2x releases
below -28, so I cannot narrow the regression window further than
6.17.0-40..7.0.0-28.

Affected devices, all dead on 7.0:
  - Ajazz AK820 Pro (wired, on 0000:10:00.0)
  - Logitech Wave Keys (wireless receiver, on 0000:12:00.0)
  - Logitech MX Master 3S (wireless, same receiver)

With no working keyboard or mouse I cannot pass the login screen on 7.0,
so the system is effectively unbootable on that kernel
