s390-tools (2.44.0-0ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* New upstream release (LP: #2162659),
also solves (LP: #2160225) and (LP: #2160048).
- d/control: Add libnvme-dev to Build-Depends, required by the new NVMe
monitoring in zpcimon (renamed from opticsmon) on s390x.
- d/s390-tools.install.s390x: Follow the upstream opticsmon-to-zpcimon
rename for the bash and zsh completions.
* Add package adduser to d/control Depends, since it is used in postinst,
but it's not flagged as an essential package. (LP: #2162891)
* Add makedumpfile to d/control Depends, to enable zipl to install
standalone list-directed IPL dumps.
