* Add d/p/0004-openssl-v4-update.patch to fix build compatibility with
OpenSSL 4.0: (LP: #2154947)
- Include <openssl/x509v3.h> before checking
#ifndef X509_CHECK_FLAG_ALWAYS_CHECK_SUBJECT.
- Add version guards around removed protocol methods (SSLv3_method,
TLSv1_method, TLSv1_1_method, TLSv1_2_method).
- Wrap removed ENGINE functions with C shims to prevent link errors
when building with OpenSSL 4.0.
* Update Maintainer field in d/control via update-maintainer script.
* Update Build-Depends in d/control from obsolete pkg-config to pkgconf.
