[Impact]
Users needing to use KDE Plasma's remote desktop server, krdp, are
unable to do so under Wayland due to freerdp in Ubuntu not compiling
with ffmpeg support in order to satisfy main inclusion requirements.
However, freerdp can use h264 at runtime, so a workaround for users is
to install libopenh264-8.
The best solution for users is to have this as a dependency at install.
[Test Case]
* In a Kubuntu system, install krdp if not installed already.
* In a separate Kubuntu system, install krdc if not installed already.
* Attempt to access the krdp system from the krdc system.
Expected: A connection to the remote desktop will be made.
Actual: Errors out, terminal shows invalid protocol.
[What could go wrong]
Simply stated, if this doesn't work for a particular system, it will simply
have an extra library installed. At worst, if libopenh264 does a SONAME bump,
this will cause future installibility issues, meaning the krdp package will
have to be manually bumped to the latest SONAME. Unfortunately, since this is
not a build dependency but a runtime dependency, this is inevitable.
