Public bug reported:

While running dotnet test, the vstest console process aborted with "Internal
CLR error" (COR_E_EXECUTIONENGINE, 0x80131506).
Disassembly of the crash frames shows a managed exception being thrown from
System.Net.Sockets ReadyToRun code; during dispatch,
SoftwareExceptionFrame::Init called PAL_VirtualUnwind, which failed (system
libunwind 8.2.0 via _ULx86_64_step), triggering EEPolicy::HandleFatalError.
Microsoft's builds vendor libunwind; the Ubuntu dotnet10 build links the system
one, which may be the trigger. Package:

dotnet-host-10.0 10.0.10-0ubuntu1~26.04.1, Ubuntu 26.04, kernel
7.0.0-28.
